For Shopify Intensives, using a pre-designed theme—either one of my exclusive themes or a premium theme (client’s responsibility)—is essential to guarantee a streamlined, one-week turnaround. By working with a theme that’s already structured, we can focus on branding, setup, and optimizing your site without major customizations, additions, or integrations. This approach allows us to deliver a polished website that’s ready to go live, fast.

If you’re just starting out or already up and running but need a refined, high-converting site without the wait, this semi-custom solution will give you a clean, branded storefront in one day. It’s ideal if you want to start selling quickly and effectively, without a full-scale build.

A Custom Shopify Project, however, is for those needing an entirely tailored setup. This option is best for businesses with complex needs—think advanced features, specialized integrations, and fully personalized design. With this, you’re getting a comprehensive, unique online presence, built for long-term growth and alignment with specific business goals.

Absolutely! Shopify in a Week is completed within a 5-day timeline without compromising quality. Our process includes a thorough onboarding ahead of time, ensuring all the details are in place so we can hit the ground running. By using a semi-custom, pre-designed theme with minimal layout changes, we’re able to streamline the build and create a polished, professional website in a single day.

To keep your project running smoothly and ensure a top-notch result, it’s essential to have all onboarding details prepared at least 5 days before our project date. This includes images, branding elements, copy, and any other requested materials. I’m here to guide you through the prep process and will support you in refining anything from copy to feature integrations—but accountability matters. If onboarding isn’t completed on time, the project may be canceled, resulting in a loss of the initial installment, or rescheduled with a $500 fee. Preparation will ensure we’re set up for success!=.

While professional photos are ideal, they’re not necessary to launch your website. You can take quality images using a DSLR or even a phone camera, which works great until you’re ready for a professional photoshoot. I’ll provide clear guidance on the types of images needed so there’s no guesswork.

For branding, having the basics—like a color palette, at least 2 fonts, and a logo—helps. If you don’t have these essentials yet, I offer a branding identity package or a guided Quick Guide to Beauty Branding to get you set up. No rush, though! We typically book custom projects 2-3 weeks out, so you have time to finalize your branding.

I do ask to have all onboarding information completed at least 72 hours prior to our official start date!

Life happens, and I totally get it! If something comes up after booking, let me know as soon as possible. While I can't always guarantee an immediate reschedule due to booking in advance, we’ll figure it out together.

Just a heads-up—if you need to reschedule, it’s required that you do so at least 1 week before the project start date to avoid any rescheduling or cancellation fees, as outlined in the contract. Flexibility is key, but communication is everything!

The limited SEO setup includes essential optimization such as page meta descriptions and keyword implementation to improve visibility.
